Michael has always prioritized the happiness of the people in his life. So, naturally, he's devastated when his close friend and colleague Hannah is passed up for promotion, despite his best efforts to sway the board of directors in her favour. Michael does his best to console his frustrated friend and to encourage her to keep up the hard work until her day finally comes.
